Zoom - How to Sign-In to OSU Zoom Desktop App

This article explains the process for signing into Zoom using the Windows/Mac desktop application.


  1. Once you've downloaded and installed the Zoom desktop app, open Zoom 
    A window should appear with "Sign In", "Sign In with SSO", "Sign In with Google", "Sign In with Facebook"
  2. Select "Sign in with SSO" (Do not use the email/password option) 
  3. Enter "oregonstate" in place of Your company domain (Should read: oregonstate.zoom.us)
  4. Click Continue
  5. This should automatically open a web browser and direct you to OSU Login
  6. Sign-in using your ONID credentials
  7. The Zoom app should automatically finish signing you in and show a window with "New Meeting" "Join" "Schedule" "Share Screen"
