Canvas: Complete FERPA training with the Registrar's Office in order to be added as a Canvas TA

Overview

Canvas is Oregon State University's Learning Management System. The Registrar's Office is responsible for verifying and recording FERPA training that allows individuals to be added as Canvas TAs or Graders through the Add TA... tool in Canvas.

For employees (general or student), FERPA training should be accessed through the Employee Dashboard in the MyOregonState portal. The Registrar's Office has provided detailed instructions for employee FERPA training on their website.
